Meyer lemon cake ~ Available for spring and summer (January through August only). There's no flavor like a Meyer lemon, and we use these whenever possible in our baking. The flavor is not flat and sour like a standard lemon, but more of a marriage between the lemon you know and an orange, with strong hints of tangerine. I grew up in California and when I rub my fingernail across the skin of a Meyer lemon, it always takes me back to the lemon groves near our house. This is a 9-inch bundt cake (about 4 inches tall) full of lemon juice and zest and topped with a royal icing glaze with more Meyer lemon zest mixed in. ~ $24 plus $10.60 shipping

Red Truck Bakery shipping policy and transit times: We appreciate every order and we watch it carefully; please know that we are just three bakers in a small bakery producing some very unique and popular items, and we emphasize quality over quantity. We bake to order and try to get each order out within a day, but demand and availability of ingredients may mean an additional day is needed to produce your item. In most cases, we process orders the afternoon before we bake and come in at 2 am to bake online orders as well as items for our bakery, so know that we rarely can turn around an order the same day. We try not to ship over weekends to avoid having our baked goods sit for two days in a UPS warehouse. We ship UPS Ground from Virginia so please allow plenty of time for your item to reach its destination following these shipping times, but please add in an extra day or two for us to properly bake and prepare your order:
